Dear Father in heaven, you are good, but we don't understand your ways in all situations. Nevertheless, we praise you for your wisdom and your love. May the way we respond to our troubles draw others to be a part of your kingdom. You know better than we do about what we need and what will glorify you. I pray to trust you.
Give us persevering faith and provide for us as our daily bread.
Forgive us if we have foolishly in our pain railed against you. Help us to forgive others who unjustly accuse or treat us wrong.
Lead me away from the temptation to curse because of my circumstances or to leave you because I don't have immediate answers for unexplainable circumstances in my life.
I pray Jesus will be my advocate and plead my case today. Nevertheless, glorify yourself. You are my Lord, my only God and Savior. I trust you. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen
Dear Father in heaven, nothing is too impossible with you. You are Sovereign—you can fulfill your promises by working miracles or changing circumstances. We pray you will do your will and show your faithfulness when the time is right. Help us to wait and trust you. May we testify of your grace and answered prayer to bring many into your kingdom.
Provide our needs, and give us the strength to trust you in impossible situations. Forgive us for the times we have failed in our faith. Restore us, Lord, and help us also to forgive others who have been unable to keep their promises.
Lead us away from the temptations to deliver ourselves in desperation. May we trust you in all things, our LORD and God. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
