Dear Father in heaven. We lift your name high. We want to walk in holiness as a testimony to you. May we lead with godly leadership so others might be drawn to you. Lead us away from ungodly alliances. Please provide us with the daily bread of courage to do this. Forgive us for our failures in this area. Help us forgive others who lead us astray, not after godliness. Lead us away from the evil path and help us win the battle against Satan. May we live for your glory and praise today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Day 266-267 Dear Father in heaven, may your name be praised. Thank you for your Word which leads to spiritual light and life. It's precious and reveals to us your holiness, love, and all your other wonderful attributes seen through your works and your personality. May we become more and more like you.
May your kingdom come and your will be done here, on this earth as it is in heaven. May every prophecy be fulfilled even as we find it in your Word. Please help us share the good news of Jesus Christ so others, too, may go to heaven. Help us to be obedient to your will and your ways.
Give us nourishment from your Word as we read it, wisdom as we apply it, and help us to trust you for all our needs.
Forgive us for our sins of not reading or heeding the Word of God and sometimes hurting you or others. And, help us to forgive others as you have forgiven us.
Help us fight Satanic attacks or temptations with your Word, and let us not be led away from it to a life of ruin.
May we be faithful to you and your Word, for it was belief in your Words that saved us. Thank you and may all praise and honor go to you. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
