Sample Prayers, Days 280-289

Day 280 Dear Heavenly Father, in you we find truth and righteousness, no falsehood at all. You are good and kind. As we live and teach your truth without blame, may others seek to be a part of your kingdom. May we do your perfect will, listening and obeying your Word.

Please provide our daily needs, and help us trust in you to meet them. Give us a discerning spirit to know who speaks the truth and who is false.

Forgive our doubts, and forgive us if we have allowed ourselves to fall away. Help us to also forgive others for similar things.

Lead us away from the temptation to teach or speak only what people want to hear. May we give the devil no aid. May all deeds and thoughts be only for your praise. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

Day 281 Dear Father in heaven, you have genuine character -- you are real and honest, Praise your name.

May others be drawn into your kingdom because they see how we humbly serve you and are, like you, are true in our character. May we learn your will from your word today and be challenged and changed.

Please provide for our needs, especially that our lives and our speech will he acceptable in your sight.

Forgive our sins of unbelief, and help us to give people the benefit ot the doubt. Please help us forgive others who might, falsely accuse us.

Lead us away from the temptation to do evil. In Jesus name, may we live for your pleasure, we pray. Amen.

Day 282 Dear Father in heaven, thank you for being God and yet listening to all our requests. You are kind and good, and you delight helping those who listen to you with soft hearts and fertile soil.

May your kingdom come and your will be done as you are our sovereign God. Give us directions to obey. If we are guilty, convict and convince us of our sin. so we can be right with you. If any if us don't know you, I pray we will come to you in full convicition to be saved.

Please meet our needs, especially the need to listen. Please help us not only to hear and see, but do what you want us to do. Give us courage, Lord

Forgive our sins of not listening and being proud or arrogant. Help us also to forgive others who don't listen and aren't trying to understand and love us or obey us.

Lead us away from the temptation to quit when we don't hear messages we like or give into the devil.

May we live to your pleasure and glory, not our own. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

Day 283 Our Father in heaven. May your name always gender praise on our lips. Thank you for your kindness and goodness. Thank you for your Son's death on the cross inviting us to heaven. Thank you for spiritual life, by the Spirit of God.

May your kingdom agenda be accomplished in our lives as we plant seeds, testifying of your good works and salvaton. May your Spirit bring life to those we witness to. May your will be done in our lives as we submit to it.

Please provide our needs so we can boast of your goodness. Forgive our selfish ways and help us to forgive others. Give us a grateful heart to recite all you've done. Give us a compassionate heart for the lost and hurting. Help us and give us an urgent heart to save the lost.

Lead us away from Satan's mockery, and help us live true to your wonderful name, Jesus, Amen.
